HIKER COMMENTS!

It was great. So beautiful ... and everyone on the trail was great. — Cary Michel, 2008

The sense of community is just great. — Mike Bowen, 2008

On Saturday, November 4, 2006, I participated in the Verdugo Hills Community Hike and found it quite enjoyable. I met a lot of nice people along the way and the weather could not be any better. The food served by the Boy Scouts was good at Fire Warden's Grove. — Ray, 2006

RUNNER COMMENTS!

I ran the trail with 4 other members from Little Tokyo Running Club.
This was the first time we ran this race and we enjoyed (it) very much.
The food was great and the hand made (winners) medal was superb. — Keiko, 2009

I ran the Verudgo Hills Trail Run on Saturday, November 3, 2007 and had a great time. Thank you to all the volunteers at the start area in Brand Park, the rangers, Boy Scouts, other course volunteers, and the enthusiastic welcoming group at the summit. It was my first time running in the Verdugo Hills, and it was a great morning. I'll definitely be back next year. — Joanie, 2007
